How long does a standard cleaning take?

Most standard cleanups are completed within 24 hours after access is received. Slow hosting, multiple sites, or complex account-level infections may require 24–48 hours.

If I hire you, what do you need from me?

I need access to the hosting account for your website — that’s where the database and file-management tools live. I prefer cPanel servers, but I can work with just about any hosting backend.

Why do you only work on WordPress now?

WordPress is now about a third of the entire public internet. By focusing only on WordPress, I can work faster and serve more people well.

Can you help me build or develop my site?

Not at this time. I’m currently only accepting security work — rescue and restoration, malware cleaning, security hardening, and year-long protection and maintenance.

What kind of report do I receive?

The service deliverable is a clear written report. If separate technical consulting is needed, it is available at $75/hour; necessary discussion about active paid work is included.

Are you really in the USA?

Absolutely — and I understand why people ask. So many in this field pretend to be. I live and work in Johnstown, PA (USA).

How is work on multiple sites priced?

Pricing is a flat rate per site. A WordPress Multisite network and separate WordPress installations are multiple sites because each must be inspected, cleaned, tested, hardened, and verified individually. Fixed-price cleanup packages have no volume discounts or complexity surcharges.
