A: Usually 24 hours. I may stick around and monitor the logs for an extra day.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: If you have any issues within 2 weeks, I will come back for free. It’s rare but possible, especially if you restore from a backup by mistake.
Q: Do you send me a report?
A: I make you a video to explain what I did and what I found, and I offer tips to make the site better or more secure. I treat everyone like family.
Q: What if I need to replace plugins or anything?
A: Any unlicensed paid plugin or theme will need to be replaced. I will coordinate with you to get that done right.
